The fastest way to reach me is by WhatsApp or Text. It takes 15 minutes, costs nothing, and by the end, you'll know whether we're a good fit.

Five to Fifteen minutes of talking and thirty to forty-five minutes of training. I’ll go through your history, any injuries, what your week looks like and what you want to achieve. Then we’ll train, so I can see how you move. Your programme is written after that session, not before it.

Across two London gyms, with the location agreed when you book. If you already have a membership somewhere suitable, I might be able to train you there.

If you are new to lifting or your technique needs work, start in person. If you already train consistently and want a better plan with someone checking it, online coaching does the same job for less. I will tell you which one I think you need on our consulation.

Prep runs to a fixed date, so everything is planned backwards from show day. Calories drop in phases, cardio is added only when it is needed, posing is practised weekly and peak week is written for you and rehearsed. Contact is much more frequent than standard coaching, especially in the last six weeks.

No. Most clients start after a long gap or after never having trained properly. The first month is about building a habit and moving well, not about testing you.

Give 24 hours notice and the session is rescheduled at no cost. Late cancellations use the session, because the slot is held for you.

Coaching, which includes a personalised plan and one 1:1 session a month, is £120 per month. Building Foundation and Performance are priced at your consultation once James knows your goals. Pay As You Go starts from £40 per session with no contract. Full details are on the Services page.

One-to-one personal training sessions run 45 or 60 minutes depending on the package. Coaching includes one 60 minute session a month alongside your ongoing plan. Online check-ins are shorter, usually 15 to 20 minutes.

Trainers and clothing you can move in, a water bottle and a towel. If you are training somewhere you are not already a member, bring photo ID for sign-in. Arrive 5-10 minutes early so there is time to talk through your goals before you train.

Coaching requires 6 month commitment with payment taken monthly, though the one off payment option, covering the full 6 month works out cheaper if you know you are in for the long run. Pay As You Go has no contract at all. If your circumstances change, message me on WhatsApp/Text or call and together we will a solution.
